Shipping policy

We offer Express Pre-12 delivery on all orders, guaranteed to arrive before noon the following business day. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are picked, packed, and collected by our courier the same day.

Tracking: You will receive an email and SMS notification with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Missed delivery: If you are unavailable, your order will be held at one of over 7,000 local pickup points including post offices, lockers, and selected retailers. For security, we do not authorise parcels to be left unattended.

Shipping coverage: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
