Express delivery

Pre-12 guaranteed

We offer Express Pre-12 delivery on all in-stock orders, guaranteed to arrive before noon the following day. Order before 1pm and your order will be picked, packed, and collected by our courier the same day.

Tracking your order

Real-time updates

Once dispatched, you will receive both an email and an SMS notification containing your tracking link. Follow your delivery in real time from dispatch to door.

Missed delivery

7,000+ pickup points

If you are not available, our courier will leave a card with instructions. Your order will be held at one of over 7,000 local pickup points — including post offices, lockers, and selected retailers — for collection at your convenience.

For the security of your order, we do not authorise parcels to be left unattended. All deliveries require a recipient to be present.

Shipping coverage

UK only

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you have a query regarding delivery to a specific location, please contact us at customerservice@journey-maker.com.

Pre-order delivery

Up to 7 weeks

In-stock items ship the same day when ordered before 1pm, arriving before noon the following day. Pre-order items are currently estimated at up to 7 weeks — we will keep you updated every step of the way and always aim to deliver sooner. As a thank you for travelling with us, your 20% pre-order discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

At launch we are shipping to UK addresses only. International shipping will follow join our members programme or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
