What's covered

5-year warranty

Every Journey Maker product is backed by a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering faults with zips, wheels, handles, hinges, and the shell of the bag under normal use conditions.

What's not covered

Exclusions apply

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by airline or carrier mishandling, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic marks such as minor scratches and surface scuffs that do not affect the function or structural integrity of the product are also excluded.

How to make a claim

Email us with photos

Contact us at warranty@journey-maker.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. We aim to respond to all warranty enquiries within 2 business days.

Resolution

Repair, replace or refund

Depending on the nature of the defect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Our goal is to resolve every case to your complete satisfaction.

Airline damage

Report immediately

Airline damage is the airline's responsibility. Report it directly at the airport before leaving the baggage hall — airlines are liable for damage caused in transit and must be notified on the day.
